Joe is nominated by Niels Wetterberg, CEO at Invisible Walls with the following motivation:
Joe is one of the hardest working individuals I have met in my life. So hard that sometimes he invents tasks for himself to managements' utter despair ;) He joined the industry as a programmer 1,5 years ago and has in the meantime become an extremely proficient back-end programmer. He is very easy to communicate with and always has a positive solution to the problems that we face. Without him First Class Trouble would perhaps never have been the game it is. Single-handedly he has programmed the friends' system, the UI, the store, a lot of the matchmaking and fixed an endless list of issues and bugs. As an individual he is so passionate about games, programming and development, that we sometimes wonder how he stays so good looking - cause we are in doubt if he ever sees the sunlight. We could not wish for a better programmer to have joined Invisible Walls and I am in no doubt that a bright future awaits Joe. In his spare time Joe likes to buy dogs and keep them. He has too many dogs.
